The Hespeler Scout House will be hosting the event on Saturday October 14 from 10:30 am to 12 noon. Appealing to all levels, participants will be instructed by local certified yoga instructor Gwyn Rafuse-Smith of Karmic Yoga, while being surrounded by ADS service dogs in training. Participants can bring their own yoga mat, towel and bottled water. Tickets are $20 and all proceeds from the event will benefit ADS.
