The Farmland Museum and Denny Abbey Volunteer Recruitment Day

On Saturday 4th March 10.30 - 2.00 there will be a volunteer recruitment open day at The Farmland Museum and Denny Abbey.
This beautiful Museum depends on its incredible team of volunteers to keep the museum open and welcoming for visitors.The Farmland Museum and Denny Abbey are offering an opportunity for people to come, have a coffee and meet the volunteers.Since COVID there has been a drop in volunteering across the heritage sector which has impacted museums and heritage sites across the county. At The Farmlands Museum and Denny Abbey, volunteers are vitally needed in a range of areas from gardening and site management to retail, cafe and kitchen staff. All skill levels are welcome. There are good opportunities to build CV's and gain valuable training for example Food Hygiene and Health and Safety certification.  Plus meeting new people and making friends. So if you can spare a few hours a week or a few days, we would love to see you.
Volunteers need to be over 18.
