Man Charged Following Cambridge Stabbing

A man has been charged following a stabbing in Cambridge this weekend.

Police were called at 1.26am on Saturday with reports of violence in Sackville Close.

Officers and paramedics attended the scene and the victim, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries.

Jerfi Breen, 24, of Sackville Close, Cambridge, has been charged with causing GBH with intent.

He has been remanded to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court.
