A man from Newmarket has pleaded guilty to killing his wife in a brutal attack.
Police were called to a property on Exning Road in Newmarket on November 28 2023 and discovered the body of 41-year-old Taiwo Abodunde.
Her husband, 48-year-old Olubunmi Abodunde, was arrested and charged with murder.
His trial began on Monday 22 April 2024 at Ipswich Crown court, and on Wednesday 24 April 2024 he changed his plea to guilty.
He will be sentenced on 9 May 2024.
