Greater Anglia has apologised after passengers stood in a train toilet cubicle for an hour - because of overcrowding.
The 5.47pm from Cambridge to Ipswich service on Tuesday evening was extremely busy because the previous train had been cancelled.
Electronic displays appeared to show incorrectly that seats were available in all carriages.
